About Kandoroo

Kandoroo works with care professionals to distribute electronic vouchers through an app or card for eligible clients to use within participating stores.

Food bank use in the UK is at record levels...

Food banks are a plaster over a failing system. They push people in need to the peripheries of our society. It has created a parallel system of food supply that moves surplus food for those treated as surplus people. At Kandoroo we believe there is a better way...

Kandoroo gives care professionals the ability to hand out electronic vouchers that can be used to purchase food and non-food items.
This gives agency to the user, it restores dignity to the way in which those in poverty obtain food, and it operates within our existing system of food supply.

To empower the individual and enable people in crisis to shop in a dignified way

To encourage corporate bodies and individuals to donate to a central fund, for distribution to those that qualify.
